We founded Omarijade’ with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. Shipping
All orders are shipped between 3-14 business days. Please Note: some custom items may take additional production time then shipping listed, if this may occur we will reach out via email with updated shipping information. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or the other shipping carriers we work with, especially during peak seasons. Further, items such as prom gowns and wedding will have special accommodations when shipping upon request EMAIL: omarijade@gmail.com
We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Our office, warehouse, and couriers will be unavailable during the following public holiday dates: Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day & New Years Day. Any orders placed on these days, will be dispatched the following business day. Please allow a few more days for delivery during these peak seasons to avoid disappointment. We will continue to ensure your order gets to you as soon as possible. We do thank you for your patience.
Return Policy
All pieces that are CUSTOM MADE, We do not offer refunds. All pieces are standard sizing as shown on size chart.
Boutique ready to ship items are non-refundable as well please make selections wisely.
